I used them even after hearing the information on local news about breakage issues- they assured me it was because the people packed themselves- so I let them pack my glassware. I didn't count on a leak in the truck, that destroyed most of my clothes, an old antique trunk, several bedspreads. I did take out insurance, we'll see how that works out. Their contract is misleading- they tell you delivery is 5-10 working days (by many people including the driver), then that may not happen, hey they point out the contract says three weeks. I have a bigger load coming to Florida from NY, I assure you they will not be my carrier. I called them to alert them o the fact that the truck leaked, so others wouldn't their stuff ruined, they seemed to not even care. Boy, I would avoid them like the plague. PS I have moved back and forth the country on many occasions, so its not like I'm unaware of the potential issues. just horrible.
